Princes targets growth in Eastern Europe

Princes Limited, the food and drink group, has opened a new office to accelerate its expansion into mainland Europe.

Princes Polska, based in Warsaw, will deliver sales, marketing and category management expertise to strengthen Princes’ support for retail and wholesale customers in the region.

The new office will report to Princes BV, the group’s continental European headquarters in Rotterdam, which was established in 1989.

Princes is already active in Poland and other Central and Eastern European markets with a broad portfolio of brands and products and the new office will provide support for the groups comprehensive development plans.

Ken Critchley, Managing Director of Princes Limited, said: “Princes is targeting growth in mainland European retail, wholesale and food manufacturing markets. Our strategy is to expand through partnerships, joint ventures and selective strategic acquisitions. Princes Polska gives us a strong platform in the region and will work closely with our European customers.”
