After over 40 years in the industry, 35 of which have been with Princes Limited, Mike Easterbrook has taken the decision to retire on 31st March 2017. After an early career at J Sainsbury’s Limited, Mike joined Princes on 11th January 1982 as a Meat Buyer. Since then, he has progressed through the ranks becoming Managing Director on 1st July 2015. Mike will continue to provide support to the Board whilst ensuring a smooth transition of responsibilities until he leaves. Mike has been instrumental in making Princes Limited the business that it is today and he will be missed. We wish him and all his family the very best.
Cameron Mackintosh will be appointed Managing Director of Princes Limited from 1st April 2017 to drive forward the company’s commitment to integrity, partnership and service while growing the Princes footprint internationally in unprecedented market conditions.
Cameron, who has been with Princes for almost 15 years, was previously Deputy Managing Director and Chief Executive, Finance.
From 1st April 2017, Craig Price, who has been with Princes for almost 22 years, will be appointed Chief Executive Commercial of Princes Limited and Stephen Cardall, who has been with Princes for almost 20 years, will be appointed Chief Executive Finance of Princes Limited.
The appointments form part of Princes ongoing commitment to strong and stable leadership, a key part of its strategy to driving continuous growth and improvements in challenging markets.
