Where will my report be directed?

Confidentiality & No Retaliation

Your report and the investigation will be handled confidentially, with access limited to the relevant Princes investigator. You may choose to report anonymously. If you do, you can provide an email to receive updates—this will not be visible to anyone within Princes Group.

Allocation

All reports are taken seriously and, once logged, are assigned to a Princes investigator (or investigation team). Only investigators have full access to your report. Please allow a few days for initial allocation and review before you are contacted.

Contact

The assigned investigator will contact you using the details you provided. If you report anonymously, they may contact you via the EQS system using the report key and credentials issued after submission.

Investigation Timeline

We aim to complete investigations within two months. Some cases may take longer due to complexity, but the investigator will provide updates where possible. You can also check progress or request updates using your report details or by contacting the hotline.

Closure & Feedback

Once the investigation is complete, the investigator will close the case and, where possible, share the outcome with you. Anonymised data may be reported to the Compliance Committee for management information purposes.
