Transparency matters – and we’re committed to leading the way. Since 2020, we’ve worked to make our supply chain more visible and accountable, urging our suppliers to join us on this journey.
Every year, we publish a detailed Supply Chain Map of our key Tier 1 suppliers. It includes site locations, workforce profiles (full-time and temporary), gender representation, and the presence of active trade unions or worker committees. This insight helps us champion fair, ethical practices across our network.

Respecting Freedom of Association
We expect all suppliers to respect Freedom of Association, Collective Bargaining, and Trade Unions, as outlined in our Ethical Trade & Human Rights Policy.
All Tier 1 suppliers must be SEDEX registered, complete a full SAQ, and undergo a Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA).

Understanding Our Supply Chain Commitments
From Tier 1 suppliers’ SAQs, we’ve created visuals showing how our supply chain supports freedom of association and collective bargaining. The data confirms strong protection of workers’ rights to join unions of their choice. While union recognition varies, overall compliance with human rights standards remains high.
