Tenders & Contracts
To participate in tenders for indirect and self-serve your company details, your company will need to have a SAP Business Network account.
STEP 1
Tenders & Contracts
It is important that you do not re-register your organisation by creating a duplicate supplier account, as this will cause issues in viewing tender information from Princes.
Here is a video showing you how to create an account.
If you are unsure if you have an account, please head to our Troubleshooting page.
STEP 2
Take part in Princes E-Sourcing events on SAP Ariba
In order to participate in tenders with Princes, suppliers will have to do this through their SAP Business Network Account.
Click here to view a video showing you how to respond to sourcing events within SAP Ariba.
Princes will ensure that minimum information requirements to work with us are met.
STEP 3
Business Award
Business is awarded to suppliers compliant with the Princes requirements, and who can demonstrate the best value for Princes.
STEP 4
Register with Princes on SAP Ariba
Upon business award and to collaborate with Princes on SAP Ariba you must be registered on our Ariba platform, and your profile and data must be up to date.Â
Existing Suppliers
As part of our ongoing digital transformation, if you are an existing Princes UK supplier, you may be asked to complete Princes supplier registration questionnaire within your SAP Business Network account, to confirm the company details Princes have on record are correct.
NOTE: In order to do this you MUST have completed Step 1 above.
