Eboli is where heritage and high performance come together – delivering pasta excellence from the heart of southern Italy. 

Located near Naples in a region steeped in pasta-making tradition, our Eboli site is the second largest pasta factory within Princes Group (Italia). With a production capacity of around 65,000 tonnes per year, the site operates 24/7 across five production lines and twelve packing lines, crafting over 70 shapes of long, short, and specialty dry pasta. Supported by in-house milling facilities, 130 pasta storage silos, and 12 semolina silos, Eboli is built for scale, flexibility, and precision. 

Spanning 110,000 square metres and powered by a dedicated team of around 100 employees, Eboli combines deep-rooted expertise with modern automation and integrated quality control. Recent investments—including a new long pasta line, upgraded carton packing lines, and a co-generator—have further enhanced its operational efficiency. With a strategic location near Italy’s major ports, rigorous raw material management, and a robust warehousing network, Eboli is perfectly positioned to serve both domestic and international markets with consistency, quality, and pride.
