Mannheim Site – Germany’s Leading Pasta Producer 

Located in the heart of Europe, our Mannheim facility is the largest producer of branded German pasta by volume. With a production capacity of 57,000 tons per year and a highly flexible setup of 9 production and 16 packaging lines, the site delivers a wide range of products including egg and non-egg pasta, instant pasta, and traditional Spätzle. Operating 24 hours a day, five days a week, the site employs around 170 people and benefits from decades of pasta-making expertise, dating back to the late 1920s. 

Mannheim’s strategic location and infrastructure offer room for future expansion, with one-third of the site’s 53,000 m² area reserved for new developments. Recent investments in packaging and long goods systems, combined with agile production planning and on-site NPD and QA resources, ensure high efficiency and responsiveness to market demand. With strong logistics connections and high warehouse rotation, Mannheim is a key hub for serving the German market and beyond.
